Drink This, You'll Feel Better.

It's December 1st and in many parts of the northern hemisphere, it gets pretty damn cold.

When I feel weak, chilly or achy I know what's coming. Don't you wish you had something to prevent things from getting worse? Here's a recipe that is bound to make you feel better. It tastes great and super effective.



1 bag of organic echinacea tea 
3 or 4 thin slices of fresh organic ginger
3 tbsp organic fresh cut lemon juice
2 tbsp raw organic honey (Trader Joe's makes a really good one!)
1/2 tsp organic ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp organic ground clove
Cayenne pepper to taste
1 cinnamon stick to garnish


1. In a large cup of hot filtered water, steep the tea bag and the sliced ginger.

2. Add lemon juice, honey and spices and stir well. 

3. As an option, you can place the spices and ginger in a small cheesecloth if you don't wants little bits floating around.

Now you can enjoy winter and stay healthy!
