Earnest Ice Cream's been serving small batch ice cream in a crazy selection of flavors since 2012. Now with two locations, their selection changes daily - and you can choose from flavors like whiskey hazelnut and vegan cardamom. My favorite lately has been their London Fog ice cream. If you're in the Vancouver area, make sure you head to their Quebec Street or Fraser Street locations - just be ready to line up. It's worth it.
