I admit it. I don't always eat a healthy breakfast. I'm a sucker for bacon. Like extra crispy, fat still slightly clinging onto the meat, bacon.
Recently, though, I was staying at the Bellevue Westin for a business meeting and ordered breakky to my room. Just to make myself feel better, I ordered a super healthy breakfast of steel-cut oatmeal with walnuts, grilled apple, pears and honey. And a side of fruit. With a smoothie.
If it's true what they say about it being the most important meal of the day, and I could have this daily, sign me up.
